This is the last event of the international and interdisciplinary conference 'Living Together in Diversity. National Societies in the Multicultural Age'. Moderated by Marco Antonsich (IRES), four influential scholars (Patricia Ehrkamp, University of Kentucky; Eleonore Kofman, Middlesex University; Helga Leitner, University of Minnesota; and Gill Valentine, University of Leeds) will engage the central theme of the conference: what is the glue that can keep multicultural societies together? The panelists will not speculate in normative terms, but tackle this question from a more empirical perspective. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be video-recorded.
